Shipping and Handling

• A $5.00 handling fee is added each order
• Shipping is actual costs via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
• Product type or weight determines ability to use certain shipping methods, and can be changed by DMB Academics.
• An additional shipping charge may be required on some products
• DMB Academics reserves the right to correct inaccurate shipping costs
• Notification will be provided regarding any shipping changes
• Non-US/International Shipping - customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with importing

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Pricing in alternate currencies is approximate and meant as a guide only

Payment Terms and Methods

• Payment terms are in US dollars (USD)
• PayPal - for NonPayPal account holders using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Electronic Checks
• PayPal Express - for PayPal account holders
• Google Checkout - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
• Revolution MoneyExchange
• Payment must be received and cleared before order ships

Purchase Orders

• Purchase orders are accepted from schools, child care centers, and businesses
• Net 30 terms from invoice date
• Purchase orders are subject to a late charge for past due accounts (APR 18%)
• DMB Academics reserves the right to refuse credit

Mail/Postal Orders

• Mail/Postal orders must be accompanied by check, money order or request a PayPal, Google Checkout, or Revolution MoneyExchange email invoice
• Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge

Sales Tax

• Sales tax (7.0%) is added to orders in Illinois
• If exempt from sales tax, then a copy of your exemption certificate must be provided.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping is customer's responsibility
• Call or email for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form
• A copy of the invoice and/or packing slip must be included with the return
• Defective products will only be replaced
• All returns must be in 100% resellable condition
• Shipping, Handling and fees associated with importing are not refundable
• Lab Packs, Site Licenses, and Network versions are nonrefundable
